The Offer Letters cannot be mapped directly from Recruiting and Onboarding. There isn't a way to integrate, or automatically map the Offer Letter to the Onboarding side when Onboarding is initiated from Recruiting.

This might be possible to be accomplished creating an external custom integration, extracting the file via API and importing back into Onboarding via API as well. As this is a custom integration and should be created also using some middleware to manage the export and import of the files, this requires partner engagement to create, and it is not a standard SAP supported integration.
