3080038 - Error "There is no bank account" occurs when using app "Query Bank Account Balances - China"

Symptom

There is an error "There is no bank account" in app "Query Bank Account Balances - China".

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open app "Query Bank Account Balances - China"
  2. Fill in the mandatory fields 
  3. Click "Go" and the error "There is no bank account" occurrs

Cause

Query Bank Account Balances for company code XXXX is not activated.  

Resolution

Please refer to the following steps to activate the query bank account balances for company code XXXX in SSCUI 103467-"Activate Services for Data Exchange". 

  1. Open app "Manage Your Solution" 
  2. Choose "Finance" under Application Area, "Integration" under Sub Application Area
  3. Choose item "Electronic Payment Integration (China)"
  4. Open the SSCUI 103467-"Activate Services for Data Exchange" and tick "Query Bank Account Balances" for company code XXXX
