3080246 - Main issues related to LinkedIn postings - Recruiting Posting

• My job posting is not appearing on LinkedIn job board.
• I can see a LinkedIn posting error in the job status table.
• My job is posted on LinkedIn but I didn't post it from Recruiting Posting
• My job is posted to the wrong brand on LinkedIn
• The location of my job posted with Recruiting Posting to LinkedIn isn't correct.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Posting

There may be several causes, please see the resolution section for more details.

1. Your LinkedIn credentials need to be updated by following new configuration steps (see SAP Knowledge Base Article 3303668)
   
   
2. Insufficient slots to post on the job board
   It means that when we tried to post the job to LinkedIn system, LinkedIn response state that you don't have remaining slots. You will need to free up some slots by removing jobs in order to be able to post. If you think that you should have remaining slots, as customer you should contact LinkedIn and provide the posting logs by downloading them on the job status table : 3276360 - Self Service Job Boards Logs - Recruiting Posting  
3. One or several jobs are posted to LinkedIn but I didn't post them with Recruiting Posting
   It means that, those jobs have been "scrapped" by LinkedIn itself from your career site. In such case SAP support will not be able to help as it is not own by us. If you don't want LinkedIn to scrap your career site, you must ask them to stop doing it.
4. One or several jobs are posted to the wrong brand on LinkedIn
   It depend if your job is posted with Recruiting Posting or not. If it is posted with Recruiting Posting, then it must be because the "Company ID" set in the configuration for the posting profile used is wrong and it should be amended. If the job is not posted with Recruiting Posting it must be because, it has been scrap from your career site, in such case please refer to the point 3 mentioned above.
5. The location of my job is not correct.
   It depend if your job is posted with Recruiting Posting or not. If it is posted with Recruiting Posting, please note that we are sending the "City" and the "Country" as part of the feed to LinkedIn. We are following the LinkedIn documentation that require to send only "City" and "Country" as part of the feed, therefore if this is incorrect, either the value entered in the interface is not correct or if you feel the city is correctly written you must get close to LinkedIn to ask them to amend the location on their system.
6. Some fields are incorrectly populated
   Make sure all fields contain correct values. For instance, the title cannot be "test job requisition".
