3080256 - The target tenant not found Error in Instance Refresh Tool for DC12

For Data Center 12, when admin try to schedule instance refresh activity for SAP SuccessFactors Learning product, system results in error "The target tenant not found"

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login into BizX and navigate to Admin Center -> Instance Refresh Center
2. Schedule instance refresh for SAP SuccessFactors Learning product
3. System gives validation error "The target tenant not found"

• The customer source is in Regular Data Center 12 and the target is in monsoon Data Center OR vice versa. Therefore, IRT tool will consider this combination as cross Data Center.
• Currently Instance Refresh Tool for SAP SuccessFactors Learning product does not support cross data center refresh.

In case this issue happens, please proceed with a manual refresh for SAP SuccessFactors Learning product.

Note: Customer can still proceed with BizX refresh using the tool. This error is only specific to Instance Refresh Tool for Learning and Data Center 12.
