3080323 - Short Dump LOAD_TEXTPOOL_LOST during edition of an Equipment Change Request

After you save an Equipment, you try to open the Change Request (CR) and edit the Functional Location (FLOC), but after you click on Submit, you receive the following dump:

The text elements in program "/UGI/CL_MDG_EAM_GUIBB_FORM====CP" were modified during the program run.

The current ABAP program "/UGI/CL_MDG_EAM_GUIBB_FORM====CP" had to be terminated because it encountered a statement that could not be executed at runtime in its current state. The termination occurred in ABAP program or include "/UGI/CL_MDG_EAM_GUIBB_FORM====CP", in "TITLE_CONCATINATE_EQIPM". The main program was "SAPMHTTP". In the source code, the termination point is in line 42 of  program or include "/UGI/CL_MDG_EAM_GUIBB_FORM====CM01Q".
