3080332 - Job Application Information Missing in Reporting/Integration Center - Recruiting Management

Job Application field is showing fine in the More Information portlet however, it shows empty in Ad hoc Reporting and Integration Center.

1. This will happen in a specific scenario where the same field is also defined in the Candidate Profile template and it was configured first there.
2. The Candidate Profile is then created and the information is provided. At this moment, the information is showing in the Candidate Profile as expected.
3. Later, the same field is defined in the Job Application template however, the information will not flow from the Candidate Profile to the Job Application.
4. The field will look as filled in the More Information portlet but in the Job Application entity, the field remains empty.

You can confirm this scenario by creating a new Candidate Profile after the field is defined in the Job Application template. If after applying to a Job Application, the value is present in Reporting/Integration Center, then you might be facing the above issue.

Another option to check is to compare when the field was defined in the Job Application template versus when the candidate's Job Application has been created. If the Job Application was created after to the field creation, it confirms the above scenario.

This is an expected behavior. The information will not flow from the Candidate Profile to the field in the Job Application, if the field was defined former to the application date.

NOTE: The above scenario will also affect RCM-ONB-EC mapping since the information always flows from the Job Application, not the Candidate Profile.
