Error SOLUTION_DIALOG_04_MSG_ERROR occurs when converting a planned order to a production order

1. Go to Check Material Coverage
2. Convert a planned order to a production order
3. Error occurs: SOLUTION_DIALOG_04_MSG_ERROR Runtime Error: 'MESSAGE_TYPE_X'. The OData request processing has been abnormally terminated. If you use SAP S/4HANA Cloud, please create an case . Otherwise, if "Runtime Error" is not initial, launch ADT feed "Runtime Errors" or transaction ST22 / SM21 (system log analysis) for details and analysis.

An order is being created for which the system cannot determine a valid routing. During operation generation, the system is unable to find default values for the order type and plant.

The system terminates because an order cannot be created without operations, and the required master data for operation generation has not been maintained.

Please ensure that a valid routing exists for the relevant material and plant. Additionally, verify that all required default values for operation generation are properly maintained.
