3080369 - [Onboarding] UK and Australia Compliance Switch is unavailable in Compliance Settings

Symptom

Compliance Forms and Compliance switch for Australia and UK are unavailable in Compliance Settings and Manage Data.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

Go to Admin Centre > Compliance Settings
Switch for Australia and UK compliance are missing, USA is available
Go to Manage Data > Compliance Forms
No Results displayed except for USA forms (if enabled)
Enable Media Services is enabled in Provisioning
Daily Bizx Batch Processing Job is successfully running in Provisioning

Cause

Enable Print Forms Generation is disabled in Provisioning
URL, User Id and Password for PFS is unavailable
PFS Account is required for Compliance Process

Resolution

NOTE:

You will need the Tenant Id to request for PFS Credentials
After the Operations Team has generated the PFS for your instance, you will receive an email with the PFS URL. Kindly add this URL in Provisioning. User Id and Password will be the same as your P-User/S-User Id and password which you use to login to the Community Portal (PDC)
Kindly ensure that there are no spaces in the beginning or the end of the URL when adding the URL in Provisioning, and same goes with the User ID field.
After you have successfully entered the PFS Credentials, kindly run the Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job in Provisioning. The Compliance process for AUS and UK would be visible in the UI under Compliance Settings.
