3080369 - UK, US and AUS Compliance Switch is Unavailable in Compliance Settings - Onboarding

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Go to Admin Centre > Compliance Settings
2. Switch for Australia, UK and USA compliance are missing
3. Go to Manage Data > Compliance Forms
4. No Results displayed
5. Enable Media Services is enabled in Provisioning
6. Daily Bizx Batch Processing Job is successfully running in Provisioning

• Enable Print Forms Generation switch is disabled in Provisioning
• URL, User Id and Password for PFS is unavailable or incorrect
• PFS Account is required for Compliance Process

NOTE:

1. You will need the Tenant Id to request for PFS Credentials
2. After the Operations Team has generated the PFS for your instance, you will receive an email with the PFS URL. Kindly add this URL in Provisioning > PFS section
3. Kindly ensure that there are no spaces in the beginning or the end of the URL when adding the URL in Provisioning, and same goes with the User ID field.
4. After you have successfully entered the PFS Credentials, kindly run the Onboarding Compliance Metadata Sync Job in Provisioning (ensure that is completing successfully). The Compliance process for AUS, UK and USA would be visible in the UI under Compliance Settings.

If only USA switch is available and UK and AUS is missing, please refer to below KBA

But if USA is the only one not available, please refer to KBA
