3080417 - Email Subject Line not auto-filled from Email Campaign Content Template - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

  • When selecting an email template, the subject line isn't automatically populated with template's subject line value
  • Email Subject Line not auto-filled from Email Campaign Content Template.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Recruiting > Marketing > create or open an email campaign
  2. Select an Email Campaign Content Template
  3. The Email Subject Line is not auto-filled so the user has to manually enter it

Resolution

This is a known issue and we will fix it in 1H 2022 release (b2205).

Expected Behavior:

  • When a content template is selected, load the subject from the template settings (Manage Email Campaign Content Templates).
  • Move the subject line next to the Content Template selection.
  • The subject line can be overwritten by the user.
