3080427 - Single stage application - Candidate is redirected to Job Application after accepting online offer letter - Recruiting Management

The page does not stay on My Offer after a candidate accepts online offer letter.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Click on View/Accept Offer to view the offer letter
2. Accept the offer
3. It shows "Accepted", then it automatically redirects to the job application

The behavior is caused due to a feature called Redirect Candidates to Complete Application Fields Post Offer Acceptance.

This is single stage application environment so the expected behavior is that it should stay on My Offer. We will enhance the feature for the single stage environment. The enhancement has been scheduled for 1H 2022 release (b2205).
