3080571 - How to Swap First Name and Last Name on the Create an Account page for Korean Language - Recruiting

Name format in Korean is different from the one for western countries (China and Japan would be same). The convention should be Last Name followed by First Name in the UI.

In this article we are going to provide you guidance on how to swap First Name and Last Name in the UI.

• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing (RMK);
• SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM).

1. Go to external career site;
2. Click on View Profile or apply for a job;
3. Candidates in the account creation page you will see First Name and then Last Name.

Although Recruiting Management may not support this as a standard configuration, if the ask is specific to the external career site then we might be able to solve for this with custom JavaScript.

Follow the below steps to modify the system behavior:

1. From Bizx navigate to Admin Center > Manage Career Site Builder;
2. Go to Appearance > Global > JavaScript > Footer JavaScript
3. Insert either of the following code snippets, either choose English + Korean, or just Korean:

4. 	JavaScript code
   English + Korean Languages
   Korean Language Only

5. Trigger a save in the top right corner of CSB – to ensure this code is saved.

How to test that this worked

1. Go to the public career site
2. View Profile, or apply to a job.
3. Go to the create an account screen.

Note that Last Name now comes before First Name.
