3080629 - Runtime error with XML forms after upgrade to NW 7.5 SP19

A runtime error is displayed on the screen when accessing XML Forms on SAP Enterprise Portal. This error only occurs with the "Authorization" property is set on the KM Folder where the forms are stored.

The following error is displayed when checking the logs for the runtime error:
