3080636 - Error "Unable to delete Development Target.COMMON_No_Action_Permission" - Career Development Planning

When trying to delete a Development Goal/Objective the following error message is displayed:

Unable to delete Development Target.COMMON_No_Action_Permission

SAP SuccessFactors Career Development Planning

1. Navigate to the Career Development Planning
2. Choose a Development Goal/Objective to delete
3. Error message is displayed
4. Goal/Objective is not deleted

This can be caused due to the Development Goal/Objective having a Learning Activity attached which is in a state or condition which does not allow the business user to delete the Goal/Objective.

You can verify and update the template permissions of both the Career Development Plan template and also the associated Learning Activity template.

Alternatively you can ensure all associated Learning Activities are in a state or condition which allows for deletion.
