3080682 - Lot size value Uom wrong on Inspection document for product

Lot size value Uom wrong on Inspection document KLM for product DEF from Inspection plan. Lot size value UoM in "xy" but system shown values as "ij".Product DEF Base/Inventory/Sales ordering UoM maintained as "xy".*KLM refers to Inspection Document id, DEF refers to Product id, "xy" & "ij" refers to UoM

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Navigate to Quality Control  Work Center
2. Go to Inspections View
3. Search and select inspection document KLM
4. On General tab you observe  system proposing Lot size UoM as "ij" 

If the lot is in discreet/trading unit of measure – the lot quantity and the UoM are copied from Site Logistics Lot to Inspection.

 However, if the lot quantity is in a non-discreet/non-trading UoM then the material master data is read to check if quantity conversion is maintained in any trading UoM, and if it, then one of the trading UoMs are used for calculating the lot size.
