3080713 - CTE Posting : Error Message: Posting failed. WBS Element is not relevant for posting.

During Posting of an Expense Report that has been imported from SAP Concur S/4 HANA you get the error message 

"Posting failed. Project WBS Element xxxx is not relevant for posting."

This error message can not only appear for WBS elements, but also for other cost objects (e.g. cost center, internal orders) an expense report from SAP Concur can be posted to in S/4 HANA.
