3080728 - Import jobs with interrupted/recovered status

• Employee data import showing interrupted/recovered status from Admin Center > Monitor Jobs
• MDF import job considering all data after recovered status

This is an expected behavior as the Employee Central Data import job adopted the auto interruption and cancellation capability as part of H1 2021 Release.

For MDF import job, when the job is recovered, the MDF import will re-run for all data. That is, from the beginning. This is current system behavior.
