Is there a way to automatically populate the Interview Guide on Requisitions?

As a standard field there isn't a way to automatically populate the interview guide on every Job Requisitions, and as Rules do not support making changes to the attachment file, it wouldn't be possible to do it via rules.

One option to have this automated, is to create an integration that will be updating via OData API the filed interviewGuide, which is the Attachment field on the JobRequisition entity in OData API. This could be done in a couple of ways, using Intelligent Services Center, using a Middleware, and the trigger point must be defined according to your business. This requires a partner for implementation, as this is a custom integration to be implemented.
