3080743 - Unexpected EOF when export CANVAS to PDF

When download report from WFA to PDF, an error message appears on chart: 'Chart input data error Syntax Error: Unexpected EOF'.

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

1. Go to Report Center 
2. Open the Canvas report
3. Click on 'export to PDF'
4. The PDF file will be generated and the error message will appear on the graph: 'Chart input data error Syntax error: Unexpected EOF'

There is a space between the lines on the subtitle.

Eg: xxxxxxxxx

xxxxxxxxxxxx

1. Go to 'Subtitles'.
   
   
2. On subtitle, delete the space between the lines.
   
   
3. Click to generate the PDF again and it will work as expected.
