1. Open the SSCUI 102916 - Assign postal codes to tax jurisdiction codes and ensure that an entry exists for the combination of Region and Postal Code which the BP with the error is created in
2. The Tax Jurisdiction Codes which can be used can be maintained in the SSCUI 102915 and the tax jurisdiction codes
