Symptom

Unable to see matrix managers on Org. Chart.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite

Reproducing the Issue

  1. From Bizx, navigate to Org Chart;
  2. Click on eye icon and select Matrix Reports Only;
  3. Matrix managers will not show in Org. Chart.

Cause

Invalid Matrix Manager User ID in UDF (User Data File).


Resolution

  1. Go to Admin Center > Employee Export;
  2. Review the column Matrix Manager and make sure it's pointing to the correct User ID.
