3080993 - Number of spool requests displayed in SP01

Symptom

The number if spool requests displayed via transaction SP01 is less than the number of entries in table TSP01. It also does not tally with the number of spool requests returned in field "Number of Spool Requests in System" returned via report RSPO_SHOW_SPO_NUM.
