3081214 - Issues when opening CCM tiles in SM_WORKCENTER for Solution Manager 7.2 SP12 - SP13

• Upon entering the Custom Code City Model Dashboard tile the page does not load, but stays blank  
• When opening the Custom Code Library Objects tile the following error occurs:
