Symptom

Is it possible to report on Internal Job History block?

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central
  • SAP SuccessFactors Employee Profile

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Report Center
  2. Create a new report or edit an existing one
  3. Observe that Internal Job History block is not available for selection

Cause

Expected behavior. The Internal Job History is a read-only card, which is really a filtered version of the job history for an employee.

Resolution

Internal Job History block based on the rule that is configured to pull data into the block based jobInfo data.

It is not an MDF object, and there isn't any data really stored for that block in the UI.

The data displayed on Internal Job History is the same data from jobInfo element, which is reportable as Job Info, but there isn't a separate table in the system that holds the data for Internal Job History.
