3081307 - Unable to filter By My Selection - Recruiting Management

When filtering report, the field show as "No items to display".

Unable to select filter value when using By My selection.

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

1. Go to Report Center

2. Open or Create a report

3. Select Recruiting V2 Domain

4. Check fields needed in the report

5. In filter tab , select the field and use by my selection.

6. No items to display is showing in the filter

No value is saved in the field yet.

The filter by my selection will show possible value based on the actual data you have in the system. If the field is newly added and has not been filled out, no value is saved yet in the database.  If the field is a custom, the field reportable configuration may be incorrect. For example, the field type is a text but it was configured as picklist or number in custom reportable field in Provisioning.
