3081328 - Cancel Purchase Order button is greyed out in Purchase order

You wanted to cancel the order but you cannot do so

SAP Business ByDesign

• Go to the Purchase Requests and Orders work center.
• Go to the Purchase Orders view
• Show All Purchase Orders
• Search for respective order
• The "Cancel Purchase Order" button is grayed out.

The status of the purchase order is  follow up document created which means you have  documents posted already

So cancel such released/ posted/paid documents like goods receipts, inbound deliveries, invoices and ensure cancellation document are all posted and then automatically the status of purchase Order will change to sent and then you will gave the "Cancel Purchase Order" button enabled.
