3081477 - Table splitting preparation fails: Unknown attribute additionalParameters in table tTableSplit

Symptom

During the Table splitting preparation system copy service, SWPM Tool (SAP Note 1680045) fails with an error message:

sapinst_dev.log:

ERROR <timestamp> (root/sapinst) (startInstallation) [CSiStepExecute.cpp:1104] id=controller.stepExecuted errno=FCO-00011 CSiStepExecute::execute()
The step ReadTableSplitList with step key |TableSplitter|ind|ind|ind|ind|0|0|TableSplitter_Run|ind|ind|ind|ind|tableSplitterRun|0|ReadTableSplitList was executed with status ERROR (Last error reported by the step: Unknown attribute additionalParameters in table tTableSplit).
