Symptom

When the user opens the candidate application they get an error message with the fingerprint: 8ef46fd2e4f86be5653903094ff37b2e0212092d

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management 

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to a job requisition 
  2. Select the Candidates 
  3. Open an Internal candidate profile 
  4. Error Occurs

Cause

Possible cause is due to any of the following:

  • Custom Date set to custom = False 
  • Standard Date field configured as custom = True

Resolution

  1. Validate the application template by downloading the application template and reuploading the template. 
  2. Review the warning messages and check if there is an issue with a date field. 
  3. Correct the warning on the date field
