3081604 - Data source 0WM_DLVI_OUT and/or 0WM_DLVI_OUT doesn't extract all records or does not return data

Symptom

  1. Data source 0WM_DLVI_OUT is not extracting all outbound deliveries from EWM system. 
  2. Data sources 0WM_DLVI_IN and 0WM_DLVI_OUT do not return any data in BW/4HANA, but works fine in RSA3.
