3081826 - Why table modification is not possible inside the DBACOCKPIT - SQL Command Editor

Symptom

How-to question:

Starting SELECT statements in the DBACOCKPIT =>SQL Command Editor  are possible. Under some databases like HANA starting DML operations are also allowed.

However starting any DML operations like DELETE/INSERT/UPDATE are not possible in case of Oracle database system.
