3081970 - Report on Onboarding Status and Date of Submission - Recruiting Management

Is it possible to report on the Onboarding information on the Application page: "Request Submitted On" and "Submission Status"?

It is only possible to run such a report in Integration Center.

1. Go to Integration Center
2. Click on "My Integrations"
3. Click on "Create"
4. Select "Scheduled Simple File Output Integration"
   
   
   
   
5. Search for entity "JobApplicationOnboardingData"
   
   
6. Select "Application ID", "Submission Status (status) String" and "Submitted On (submittedOn) DateTimeOffset" (and any other relevant fields)
7. Click on "Select" at the bottom right of the page
8. Click on "Configure Fields"
9. Click on "Add" and then "Add Field"
   
   
10. Search for the JobApplication entity
11. Select the Application ID from that entity
12. Click on "Add Association Application Id"
    
    
    
    
13. Go to Filter and Sort
14. Filter by Application Id-JobApplication
    
    
    
    
15. Go to Configure Fields and you'll see a preview of the report
