Symptom

  • No action occurs when clicking on the “schedule” button when scheduling a Web Intelligence (webi) report to Microsoft Excel format from the Fiori BI Launchpad after setting the default scheduling format to Excel via the Central Management Console (CMC)

  • The issue is specific to Excel as other formats schedule successfully when set as the default schedule format via CMC

  • The issue is specific to the Fiori BI Launchpad
