3082195 - DB6: DB13 Job Database Backup into TSM with OPTIONS specified terminates with SQL error SQL2033N

DB13 Job Database Backup into TSM with OPTIONS specified failed.

In the job log, we see SQL2033N error with TSM reason code 41 as below:

Backup_TSM: SQL Code: 2033-
Backup_TSM: SQL2033N An error occurred while accessing TSM during the processing of a database utility. TSM reason code: "41 row=1

and in the Tivoli Storage Manager ACTLOG, we see ANR0539W message at the time that TSM reason code 41 occurs, as below:

ANR0539W Transaction failed for session nnnn for node <node name>. This node has exceeded its maximum number of mount points. (SESSION: nnnn)

Issue may not happen in the following cases:
- Backup into TSM via command line  
- DB13 Job Database Backup into TSM without OPTIONS such as Number of Buffers, Number of I/O Sessions
