3082260 - Cannot view credit memo request details in My Inbox - SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Symptom

In approver's My Inbox, the user cannot view credit memo request's details. Reversely, the following error occurs:

  • Could not display data. Contact your system administrator

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Resolution

The business role or the customized one of SAP_BR_INTERNAL_SALES_REP needs to be assigned to the business user.
