3082337 - 【Error】Test Process doesn't proceed with "in Process"

Symptom

In "Test your Process" App, Test plans are stuck at 0% Coverage in "In Process" status although the Test user Role credentials are correctly maintained.

Environment

  • SAP S/4HANA Cloud

Reproducing the Issue

  1. 'Test your Process' App
  2. Execute the 'Test plan'

Cause

The Test automation tool requires the Default user to get all the initial details such as logs etc. If the credentials maintained for the defined 'Test user' role is correct, but for 'Default' role is incorrect then the Test plan execution fails.

Resolution

Maintain valid credentials for all test users including "Default" test user.
