3082543 - An Error appears when changing the LDAP SSL certificate database path even after restarting the CMS

Symptom

  • Error seen when clicking "Finish" in the LDAP Plugin
    • Switching between server and mutual SSL authentication, changing the server authentication strength or changing the SSL database path is not supported. To make these changes, first restart the CMS.
  • The error still appears despite restarting all CMS servers in the environment
  • Changing other SSL parameters such as the server authentication strength are possible
