Symptom

The user encounters the following message after logging into an application via Identity Authentication:

Your password has not been used for more than XX months. To help maintain your security, your password needs to be reset. We have sent an e-mail to your e-mail address containing a link to a page where you can reset your password. The link in the e-mail will expire YY.

However, the user confirmed that during the past X months, there have been successful logins using the same Identity Authentication tenant and the same user account.
