Is it possible to define a default number of characters when creating a Free Text questions in the Job Requisition?

At the present moment, it's not possible to change the default number of characters in a newly Free Text Pre-Screening Question.

If you need to create a Free Text question if specific attributes, you can create it on the Question Libraries, therefore the Recruiter can select the question from the library instead of creating a new one.

1. Admin Center > Question Libraries
2. Select the Library
3. Create New Question (Enter the question)
4. Select the Category
5. Create
6. You can pre-define the number of characters in the question

NOTE: If you want to set the character limit of a free text child question, you can set the value in Column H when uploading the CSV file as per How to upload questions via CSV file section in KBA 2542137 - Pre-Screening Questions - Frequent asked questions.
