3082965 - How to Remove the Off/Onboarding Option from the Home Dropdown Menu - Onboarding 1.0

The Off/Onboarding 1.0 option is visible in the Home dropdown menu for users who should not have access to it. Guidance is needed on how to remove this option through Role-Based Permissions configuration.

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0

1. Access SAP SuccessFactors HCM.
2. Click on the Home dropdown, and Onboarding 1.0 will be available. 

For Live Customer(s) and Implementation Partner(s) and Consultant(s)

1. Navigate to Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles.
2. Open the permission role assigned to the users who should not see the Onboarding 1.0 menu option.
3. Revoke the following permissions:
   • Homepage v3 Onboarding tile group
   • Manage On/Offboarding 1.0 > Manage Onboarding 1.0 permission
4. Save the changes.
5. Verify that the Off/Onboarding option no longer appears in the Home dropdown for the affected users.
