You replicate campaigns from Marketing Cloud to Cloud for Customer using the standard iFlow "Replicate Campaign from SAP Marketing ". The status code and description of campaigns on Marketing Cloud is different from the status code and description that you see on Cloud for Customer.

The status code list is different between the systems. A mapping is executed on the iFlow and the resulting payload contains two status-related fields: "Status" and "External LifeCycle Status".
