3083004 - Can't view the amount and giving someone a reward - Reward and Recognition

Can't select the monetary amount when giving a reward to an employee.

SAP SuccessFactors Reward and Recognition

1. Go to Reward page;
2. Select the user, award, category and level;
3. On the amount step, it is not possible to select it.
   
   

The user selected does not have a country associated to him. Reward application uses country of the user to find the guidelines.

Associate the country to the employee. You can do so by exporting the UDF in Employee Export, populate the data and then import the file through Import Employee Data -> Basic Import. Once the employee has a country, you'll be able to see the the amount.
