The Output Management form template ‘EAM_MJP_JOB_CARD_US’ is not usable. Following are the issues:

• The downloaded form template has errors
• There is no Application Object that consumes this form template
• The form template when used for printing the Maintenance Orders results in errors

 The above issues are applicable for the forms in all the languages.
