Outgoing and Incoming webservice messages from C4C gets canceled automatically by the system in the webservice message monitoring.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Administrator Work center.
  2. Open the General Settings View.
  3. Click on Web Service Message Monitoring.
  4. You may observe that some outgoing messages got cancelled at the same time automatically.



In order to avoid sending obsolete data, outbound erroneous messages which are older than 90 days are automatically canceled by a C4C background job. Once the messages are canceled, they will be removed from the system after 62 days.


If you want to avoid the automatically canceling the outbound/inbound messages, you have to fix the errors and restart the failed messages before 90 days after creation date.
