3083538 - Instance is inaccessible: The requested operation is not available

Symptom

During the process of login, you see the error below:



All were checked from KBA Troubleshooting all login issue for SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite and 2425735 - Troubleshooting SuccessFactors Login Issues - Guided Answer still encountered the issue.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Core

Reproducing the Issue

Login to the instance via any of the following:

  • SSO
  • PWD
  • support access

Cause

  • As per engineering team, the database table "PRIMARY_ASSIGNMENT" is not created successfully during instance creation.

Resolution

  • Engineering team added the missing table "PRIMARY_ASSIGNMENT" in the customer's instance database
