3083627 - [Onboarding] Admin Access to MDF Odata API permission providing access to more onboardees than the target population of the Onboarding User

Candidates who do not belong to the target population of the Onboarding Users appear in the Onboarding Dashboard.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

The Onboarding User is getting  Admin Access to MDF Odata API permission from some permission role.

1. Navigate to Admin Center-->View User Permission
2. Search for the particular Onboarding User for which the Onboarding Dashboard shows more candidates
3. Search for the Admin Access to MDF Odata API permission
4. This permission would be available for the user from some Permission Role

Admin Access to MDF Odata API permission should not be used at all for any UI users. It is meant for technical users used during integrations.

Kindly remove this permission for the particular Onboarding User from all the permission roles it is getting the permission from.

NOTE: Admin Access to MDF Odata API permission will override the target population set with the RBP Role in which it has been enabled This is the MDF OData admin permission that allows users to query and edit all MDF OData entities. It overrides all entity-level permissions. This permission is recommended for integration scenarios.
