3083765 - Warning Message received when updating Template via Manage Templates

When an operator saves a Template in "Manage Templates" they receive the following error: Warning: Custom filter filter* has a picklist id mapped to it in the template. This will be ignored because picklists for custom filters are configured on the Internal and External Applicant Search Settings provisioning page.

Note: It is very important to keep in mind this tool is extremely powerful. Modifications made to templates can have a direct impact on candidate experience, integrations, custom integrations, etc. Change should only be made by a qualified individual that is familiar with the configuration.

1. Go to Manage Templates
2. Select a Template and Publish 
3. Error is received by user "Warning: Custom filter filter* has a picklist id mapped to it in the template. This will be ignored because picklists for custom filters are configured on the Internal and External Applicant Search Settings provisioning page."

The message is a warning to let you know that the custom picklist values will be ignored as the values are configured on the Internal and External Applicant Search Settings provisioning page. This will not affect the upload of the template. The same warning occurs when uploading the template in provisioning also.
