Mobile Application Configuration File needed when deploying the Cloud for Customer mobile application.
Environment
SAP Cloud for Customer
Cause
When setting up new users with the Cloud for Customer mobile application, they need access to the Application Configuration File.
Resolution
Every time the iOS version of the C4C app gets uploaded to the Appstore, the zip file for the app will be uploaded to SAP Marketplace.
You can download the zip file by clicking on the Software Downloads link below.
There is a standard process to be followed by any customer who needs to download the source code or binary from SAP for Me.
If you are not able to view the zip file or download it, then please pass this information onto your SAP Account Executive and ask them to trigger the process. They can follow the steps mentioned in the below link and sign the addendum to get access to it.
