3083902 - ID Mapping from Microsoft Excel "lookup" function does not return any value

When using the template "ID Mapping from Microsoft Excel" with C4C Add-on to update values in ID Mapping for Integration, the "Lookup" button does not return any value for the cells "Mapping of" or "System Instance ID".

With the template "ID Mapping from Microsoft Excel" open, select the cell right off the "Mapping of" and click in "Lookup" button of C4C Add-on.

The system will open a blank list.

This is the standard system behavior.

To show the values in the list, you must click in the "Search" button to retrieve the data as in the below screenshot.
