3083953 - Password Policy is not applied as desired for application with IAS authentication

Password policies are not applied as desired for applications that use IAS for authentication.

• Accessing an application with "Standard" password policy the "Password history" requirement is NOT included, hence the requirement of "whether a password history is retained, and how many passwords from the history are retained" will NOT be considered.
• Even so, error messages such as "This password already existed in your password history record. Please choose other password" occur.
