3084191 - Outbound Delivery Created From Rejected 3PL Request

You are able to created outbound delivery from rejected third-party logistics requests.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Third-Party Logistics work center. 
2. Navigate to the Third-party Logistics requests view. 
3. Search for the relevant 3PL request which is rejected, select it and choose the button New Outbound Delivery. 

Once the relevant mandatory fields are updated, you can see that the outbound delivery against the rejected 3PL request can be created without any errors.

The system will allow you to create outbound delivery against a rejected 3PL request allowing business user the flexibility in logistics process. It could happen that the warehouse provider has already shipped the order before the rejection was updated to the provider. In such a scenario we will have to create the outbound delivery against the rejected 3PL request and then return the item against the created outbound delivery.

The reported behavior is as designed.
