Symptom
- Customer is using SAP Contact Center ECF chat features (see 2925046 - Using the visitor chat functionality in Contact Center)
- When end user tries to initiate a chat, (while using iPhone and Chrome or Safari) they see a blank screen and are unable to perform chat activities
